Before you arrive at the IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show, take a few minutes to review our Visitor Checklist. It includes everything you need to plan your visit efficiently, from registration and travel arrangements to venue services and essential information helping you make the most of your time at the show.
Before Coming to the Show
The first step is to register yourself via our online registration. It is straightforward, and within a few minutes, you can provide the information needed to retrieve your badge.
You can submit a soft copy of your passport or Turkish ID card online. If you choose to do this, we will email your visitor e-badge to you. You will still need to bring your passport with you when entering the halls.
If you cannot upload your passport online, you must present it when you arrive and wait for the registration team to verify your
identity.
Turkish Airlines is the official airline of '60th Istanbul Jewelry Show'', special discounts are offered for all delegates.
IJS's official travel partner Atelier by Informa offers hotels near the venue with special discounts
Passport holders from 115 countries may receive a visa automatically upon entry to the Turkish Republic. To learn more about entry to Türkiye, visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website.
To check if you're eligible for an e-Visa, visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs e-Visa Portal.
For a visa invitation letter, you must register online first.
You will receive an email with your registration number once approved.
You must add this to your visa form using the link this link:
https://register.visitcloud.com/survey/127oisjayfs42
Once complete, your visa invitation letter will be generated by the system. You can review and download it online.
Important reminder: IJS Istanbul Jewelry show does not provide a signed copy of the visa invitation letter or contact the embassy.

Browse the directory to see the different exhibitor companies and their stand location. Using this and the hall plan, you can easily prepare your schedule for the show. You can also filter the list for the product groups you are looking for.

Download the official IJS Event App to make the most of your visit. Easily navigate the exhibition halls with the interactive floor plan, search for exhibitors, contact companies directly, and plan your meetings in advance.
Each visitor must bring their passports in order to enter halls. This includes visitors with e-badges.
Arrriving the Venue
You must upload a copy of your Passport, Turkish ID Card or Turkish Driver's License when you register online to receive your badge via email. You will then be permitted to enter the show upon arrival.
If you don't upload your identity document, you must visit a registration kiosk for verification when you arrive at the venue.
You must bring your original passport or documentation, business card, e-badge or reference number with you to enter the venue.
There will be free shuttle services to Istanbul Expo Center. Check the shuttle timeline before preparing your daily plan.

- There are a variety of restaurants and cafes for refreshment.
- There are onsite medical facilities and a prayer room should you require them.
- There is a dedicated Press Center for media members (please carry your press card for verification).
- Buyer delegates will have access to the Buyers' Lounge.
