After the official end of assembly on Wednesday, October 02, 2013, exhibitors are only allowed to perform finishing touches (no heavy construction) within the area of their booths between 17:00 and 21:00. The corridors have to be clear of material at this time.
* Move-in times on Monday September 30,, are dependent on the location of the exhibitor’s stand. Not all exhibitors will gain access to their stand area at 14:00.

Monday, October 07, 2013 00:00 – 10:00.
** The period between 18:00 and 21:00 on October 06 Sunday is reserved for the packing and transfer of valuable goods. The planned completion time is 21:00 but this may be extended if necessary. Contractors will only be able to enter the fair grounds after the transfer of valuable goods is completed
